Here is a simple recipe for frying fish:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or any other white fish)
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat your frying pan over medium heat and add enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the fish fillets in the flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated fish fillets in the pan.
- Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fish from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
